Notes:
Mike and his studio cohorts did numerous television shows, variety shows, commercials, movies, etc. on top of all the album and single work. One of those shows was Get Smart. In the episode "The Groovy Guru", trying to tie in with what was happening in the rock and pop world, a "guru", who was really another bad guy in the 60s' world of spies, used a rock band called "The Sacred Cows" to put people under a trance to do bad things. The episode originally aired January 13, 1968. The real Sacred Cows were the more rock side of the studio musicians of L.A.
