Notes:

Steven Douglas Kreisman was an American saxophonist, flautist and clarinetist, producer and composer, best known as a Los Angeles session musician. He was also a former staff producer for Capitol Records and was Mercury Records' A&R head on the West Coast. He was co-owner of the Pentagram label, Schmitt-Douglas Productions with Al Schmitt and Bobby Applegate, and Los Angeles studio Dimension Recorders. Douglas was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame in 2003 (Sidemen).
