Notes:
The original Jerry Goldsmith soundtrack featured in the movie was not released until Film Score Monthly issued it on CD in 1998 along with several songs from the TV series "The Loner". This is the first time the Goldsmith conducted songs were made available. Previously, a rerecording of the score was released on vinyl conducted by Alexander Courage. Mike played on the actual film soundtrack.
